Happy Fall! October's Harvest of the Month ingredient is Apples. This year, we have been serving local apples from Brackett Orchards in Limington, Maine. They offer a wide abundance of apple options from Macintosh to Ginger Gold, some of which we have in our kitchens here. If you haven't tried one yet, we highly recommend you do!
